Lander Group Has Donation Drive for Pathway House

Lander University’s Active Minds student organization recently collected clothes and toiletries for Greenwood Pathway House for homeless people. “I once was homeless myself, so I felt like it was a good thing to give back to those people,” said club president Essence Mealing, a senior nursing major from Edgefield. Mealing said that a donation drive for Meg’s House is in the works as well. From left is Mealing and Lander Wellness Center Counselor Mikala Milligan, who serves as club advisor.
