Skelton named to Peach Belt Conference All-Academic team:
Senior defender Jordan Skelton was named to the Peach Belt Conference’s All-Academic team, the league office announced on Thursday.
Skelton, a senior business major from Newcastle, England, leads Lander with seven goals and 15 point this season. He has started all 15 matches for the Bearcats and has anchored a Lander defense that has shut out 11 of its 15 opponents this year.
The Bearcats conclude the regular season at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday with Senior Night against Flagler at Van Taylor Stadium.
