No. 19 men’s golf claims 12th-place finish at Copperhead Championship:
The 19th-ranked Lander men’s golf team finished 12th at the Copperhead Championship on Tuesday afternoon.
Barry won the event, finishing 24 strokes ahead of West Florida, while Queens came in third.
Jon Parker was Lander’s top performer, finishing tied for 32nd with a 6-over par 219 on the week. Maxime Legros and Michael Brodie each finished one stroke back to tie for 35th. Conor Cull tied for 52nd and Rahul Ajay tied for 80th.
The Bearcats travel to the Miami Intercollegiate next week for the final event of the fall.
