Lander finishes 11th at LeeAnn Noble Memorial:
The Lander women’s golf team posted a 27-over par 315 on Tuesday en route to a 11th-place finish at the LeeAnn Noble Memorial at the Achasta Golf Club.
Anderson won the event at 8-over par, setting a 36-hole record and finishing ahead of North Georgia by 25 stroke. Newberry finished two strokes behind the Nighthawks for third place.
Caroline Hardee and Hannah Fesperman led the Bearcats, finishing in a tie for 26th at 11-over par. Madison Jordan tied for 36th with a 13-over 157. Competing as an individual, Hannah Stephenson tied for 38th.
Grace Zoller finished at 17-over par to tie for 44th and Tatum Warr tied for 51st with 19-over par.
Lander concludes its fall schedule next week at the Flagler Fall Slam.
