Volleyball returns to action with home “Dig Pink” match against UNC Pembroke:
The Lander volleyball team looks to continue its perfect start at home on Monday as the Bearcats host UNC Pembroke at 7:00 p.m. in Horne Arena for its annual “Dig Pink” match.

STORYLINES:
• Lander (17-4, 3-2 PBC) has only dropped four sets in five matches at home this season.
• The Bearcats are 26-15 all-time against UNC Pembroke (7-14, 0-5 PBC) and have won 12 consecutive matches against the Braves.
• Lander and UNCP were originally supposed to play in Horne Arena on Sept. 22, but the match was postponed due to Hurricane Florence.
• 11 of Lander’s 17 wins this season have come in three sets.
• Kaitlyn Krafka leads the Peach Belt Conference in kills, while Madilyn Reed is the conference leader in assists.
• As a team, Lander leads the league in kills, assists and digs.
