Trotter clocks best time for Bearcats at Jaguar Invitational:
Freshman Sarah Trotter led the Lander women’s cross country team at the Jaguar Invitational on Saturday morning with a time of finishing with a time of 23:53, good for a 60th-place finish.
North Georgia won the event with Georgia College and Augusta finishing second and third, respectively.
Freshman Ashlyn Parker clocked a time of 28:18 in her Bearcat debut.
Lander will return to Spartanburg for the Upstate Invite on Saturday, Sept. 29.
