Community invited to Greenwood Hall of Heroes program at Lander University. Lander University invites the community to a special program on Sunday, September 16 to honor the service and sacrifice of our military veterans. The program begins at 2 p.m. in the Abney Cultural Center Auditorium with 17 veterans to be inducted into the Greenwood County Hall of Heroes. Mrs. Barbara Barbara Livingston, wife of U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Robert E. Livingston, the adjutant general for South Carolina will be the keynote speaker.
