GREENWOOD – Lander’s Hannah Hritz, a freshman from Sarasota, Fla., was tabbed as an all-Southeast Region honorable mention selection from the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) on Thursday.
Hritz finished the season fourth in the PBC in kills per set (3.27) and total attacks (988), fifth in kills (334) and points per set (3.6) and sixth in points (364.0).
The 5-8 rightside hitter led Lander in kills, becoming the first Bearcat freshman to tally over 300 kills since Tarryn Angermeier in 2012.
