Lander, which swept the Peach Belt Conference regular season and tournament championships for the third time in program history, will attempt to earn their first NCAA Tournament win since 2013.

The Bearcats have been on a tear since 2015, posting a 40-10-5 (.773) overall record. Lander has also gone 21-2-2 (.880) in the PBC and won two consecutive regular season conference championships and tournament title. The Bearcats are unbeaten in the league over the past two years, the longest such stretch for the program since 1995-96.
