GREENWOOD – The Lander men’s soccer team (5-2, 2-0 PBC) puts its top spot in the Peach Belt Conference on the line Wednesday, Sept. 27 at 7:30 p.m. when it plays host to Francis Marion (4-2, 0-1 PBC) at Van Taylor Stadium.

STORYLINES
- Lander is 35-11-4 all-time against the Patriots in a series dating back to 1981.
- The Bearcats have won 11 consecutive conference matches in the regular season.
- Lander stayed unbeaten in PBC play last Wednesday by rallying from a 2-0 halftime deficit at Flagler to earn a 3-2 double-overtime victory.Jordan Skeltonand Sam Lofts both scored in the second half before Thibault Chretien netted a free kick to complete the comeback.
- Chretien was named the PBC Player of the Week for his efforts against Flagler. He is one of only two freshmen in the conference with multiple goals and assists this season.
