GREENWOOD – Due to the effects of Hurricane Irma, the Lander men’s golf team will have to wait at least another week to begin the 2017-18 season.
The Jay Jennison Memorial in St. Augustine, Fla., which was scheduled to begin on Monday, has been cancelled as Flagler University deals with the effects from last weekend’s devastating hurricane.
The Bearcats are scheduled to travel to Columbus, Ga., for the Cougar Invitational on Sept. 25.
