Hollywood Nights Pageant

The Lander Spirit Program will be holding a Hollywood Nights Pageant March 25th in the Cultural Center Auditorium. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and the show begins at 6:30 p.m. The tickets are $7, cash only.
The pageant is a fundraiser to send the Lander cheerleaders and dancers to Daytona Beach, Florida for their national competition. A Lander cheerleader, Rachel Hurlbert, stated, “We need as much help as we can get to raise the money it will take to go there. This is the biggest competition of our season, and we’d love to bring home the gold.”
This contest is for females of all ages and for males, ages up to 10; it is a non-glitz pageant. There is a $40 registration fee. Each contestant is judged on beauty, formality, and theme (which is Hollywood), personality, and people’s choice. Everyone will receive a crown. Hope to see you there.
