The Disappointments Room

The movie is roughly about a couple who move into a new home with their 5-year-old son. They find a locked door and the main character, Dana (Kate Beckinsale) tries everything to get the door open. The movie could have had way scarier scenes as well as a more built up plot.
The Disappointments Room isn’t in my opinion a movie I would watch a second time. It was great to see what it was about and the acting was good, but the plot was just all over the place. The built up scenes led to nothing until the ending which wasn’t at all what I would have thought it was.
